La atención prenatal remota como estrategia contra el COVID-19

Resumen
La pandemia originada por la enfermedad del coronavirus 2019 (COVID-19) ha puesto en debate si es posible reemplazar parte de la atención sanita presencial por sistemas remotos (telesalud), que han mostrado un potencial en entornos de emergencia en salud pública. La evidencia ha mostrado que, si bien la telesalud no resuelve todos los procedimientos sanitarios y la implementación de estos sistemas pueden tomar un tiempo, aquellos que lo han incorporado previamente podrían brindar un apoyo en sus instituciones y evitar así procesos que pueden realizarse de forma remota.
