Telesalud y embarazo: Evidencia reportada durante la pandemia

Resumen

La pandemia por COVID-19 ha favorecido el desarrollo y publicación de modelos de atención prenatal remota (telesalud) que pueden ser de utilidad para la creación de protocolos en diversas instituciones, así mismo, se han validado estrategias que mejoren la adherencia, tamizaje y satisfacción en estas sesiones. Por otro lado, se han reportado ciertas dificultades durante su ejecución, con lo cual queda un campo del conocimiento donde los investigadores aún pueden plantear caminos alternos a fin de que la telesalud pueda normalizarse en la atención de la salud materna.
